The Weekend in Glassware

While we were enjoying our lovely dinner (a bit late, since I'd been overseas,) we were quite amused to discover that we were served Voss water, from the very place from which I'd just returned.

Sometimes, you just can't get away.

In other glassware news, we strolled by a shop featuring jellyfish lighting fixtures!

Sadly, the store wasn't open yet, but I think even I couldn't handle a row of these hanging over my head in the house.

Meanwhile at home . . . Buster woke up early in the morning and went to our room, finding us not there.  He went to my parents in the guest room.  "They didn't come home!"  He wasn't all that upset, but my mom invited him to come snuggle with them.  He disappeared for a moment and returned bearing all his stuffed friends, crawled into bed with them, distributed octopuses, jellyfish, and Buzzy Bee, and told them stories at the top of his lungs.  (Sorry about that early wake-up, mom and dad!)

More talking than snuggling.

Yes, I think I would need to pass on the jellyfish light fixtures too! Even if they are Chihuly-ish.
