We started dating at this same workshop, fourteen years ago. Returning each year to teach is like coming home.
We brought the boys to the last session of the weekend and let them wander in the space where SwingDaddy and I have spent so much of our lives together, while we talked with old friends. It was important, a reminder of who we used to be – performers, teachers, choreographers – and what we became – first a partnership and then a family – and where we’re going, all four of us now.
Happy Birthday, sweetie. I treasure each year with you.

that must have been so great. and great pics too. congrats!
The Q-ster looks so much like you in that last photo.
I do understand how hard it is to get two kids in the same shot. Two kids looking in the same direction is pretty much impossible for me.
There is something so amazing about going back to where you started. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
So fun!
I met my husband over a free copy of People magazine. Ahh, memories.
Great photos, cute.
Whoa. Amazing how much Q looks like you.
