At tonight's preschool Back to School Night, the teachers asked parents to volunteer to "share their culture" with the class. I think they were thinking along the lines of Chinese New Year, Divali, and such, but SwingDaddy got a glint in his eye. Honey, I'm not sure if "videogames" counts as a culture, although the 40,000 (!) attendees at PAX might disagree.

They Cried Wii, Wii, Wii, All the Way Home

My husband would think along the same lines as SwingDaddy. Ha!
Wii totally counts as a culture. giggle.
I think you should give those tots some swing dancing lessons!
Maybe if you're eating yogurt while doing it...
i think it's time we opened up our concept of culture. after all, the poor oppressed geeks need have yet to be acknowledged and embraced as full human beings, don't they?
wii culture. snicker. :)
ROTFL... my son would say that is about the only kind of culture he'd really pay attention to in school! :)
Oh my goodness! My hubbie and two boys would love to be at that PAX conference too. We both married geeks Lady M!
The hubbie bought the Wii about 2 wks ago, and he's been having a great time on it with the boys. He wants to play the boxing game with me but I told him I'd kick his skinny @ss!
We're already signed up to teach a "dance" class. I think the Wii would definitely add some diversity. ;)
Just curious, or my hubby is I should say, what's the name of the racing game Q and SwingDaddy are playing?
