Higher Math Meets Refrigerator Magnets

Professor Q explains the latest in hash algorithms.

He put a few letters in his mouth, so we had to pack up the whole set and tuck them in the "when you're older" drawer. It's a bummer, because he was having so much fun, but we're afraid he'll swallow one. At least we got a few good photos first (not that it's any consolation to Q!).

Yea, everything into the mouth. Ian finally passed that stage when he turned 2, so now we have the magnets up.

He examined the fridge the next morning very carefully, but didn't seem to protest that the letter magnets were gone. I think we had them out briefly enough that he won't miss them until he's a bit older.
